Jamie was a fiercely independent and determined woman who was never afraid to try new things and when she made her mind up to do something she always followed through on what she said she was going to do. She was hard-working, usually working at least two jobs at a time, including, caregiving at Kettle Moraine Gardens Keswaskum, Piggly Wiggly, and serving at Buffalo Wild Wings and Chili’s.
Jamie was a talented musician. She played clarinet in the high school marching band and was able to travel to Italy and tour there. In college (University of Stevens Point) she played in the Concert Band and the Pep Band which went to the NCAA Division 3 National Championship which they won. Jamie shared her love of music and guitar with her father and was his band’s biggest fan. Jamie loved the arts and graduated from UWSP with a Bachelors’s degree in Arts Management and minored in communication and business. She spent a semester at Birkbeck University in London while working at Hoxton Hall. While in London she attended many theatre productions, traveled to France, Spain, Austria, Germany, and became a huge fan of all things Harry Potter.
A big sports fan she enjoyed watching and going to Packer and Brewer games. Jamie loved all things Country including music, clothing, her purse and cowboy hat, and her trademark cowboy boots. Her friends came from all walks of life and ages and they would attend events, go hiking, and kayaking with her. She was a great listener and advocate for them. Her love of people especially working with the elderly and volunteering at her grandmother’s assisted living helped her determine that she wanted to become a CNA and eventually a nurse. She was currently enrolled in school for this endeavor.
A special “thank you to the compassionate and kind staff at Froedtert Hospital TICU and Versiti a Donate Life Organization.”
Jamie had a beautiful smile, gorgeous red hair, and a compassionate soul. Her warmth and hugs will be missed by all. Rest in peace Jamie. We love you! On behalf of Jamie “Tip your server well”

Jamie had an infectious smile and bubbly personality. In the brief time we worked together at the Pig, I was drawn to her energy and personality. I appreciate the little time I was given with her and I feel blessed to have met her. My deepest condolences to family and friends that have suffered such a great loss. I hope the recipients of the organs you selflessly donated gain a part of your positive spirit as well. Rest easy, sweetheart.
