Ronald “Ron” Cletus Gorsche

Ronald “Ron” C. Gorsche passed away peacefully on Wednesday, December 22, 2021, at the age of 80. Born to his parents Clitus and Helen in 1941. Ron was a kind and compassionate man who loved his family and friends. His sense of humor was second to none and could be found on the lake fishing. Ron’s love for the outdoors, especially the Smoky Mountains, is what drove him to live in Tennessee for 10 years after he retired in 2003. Ron’s love and kindness will be greatly missed by all.

He is preceded in death by his parents and sister Carol Duncan. Beloved husband of Lori. Loving father of Ron (Lin) Gorsche, Shelly (Bill) Mermolia, Becky (Tim) Lierman, and Bobby (Chrissy) Sossaman. Proud grandfather of Zoe and Grayson Gorsche, Ashley and Tristan Mermolia, Justin and Tanner Lierman, Wyatt, Griffin, and Ellie Sossaman.  Dear brother of Sandra Steiger and Lyn Gorsche.
