Age 73, of New Berlin, passed away peacefully on Friday, October 4, 2019, after losing his battle with cancer.

Beloved husband of Cynthia Fowle (nee Buretta) for almost 53 years.

Loving father to Robert J. Fowle, and Julie (Jason) Wollenzien.

Grandfather to Brittany (Brandon) Lentz, Jamie Schechter, Alexander (Eric) Fowle, Austin Schechter, Emily Fowle, Krystal Wollenzien, Jared Fowle, Connor Fowle, and Alyssa Wollenzien.

Great-grandfather to Raniyah, Nathan, Savannah, Azariea, Dominic, Aiden, Miguel, and Ava.

Further survived by his brother James (Susan) Fowle, and his sister Sharon (Charles) Edlebeck, along with extended family and friends.

Preceded in death by his father Duane Fowle, mother Alice (nee Dreyer), niece Debra and great-nephew Lane.

Bob married his high school sweetheart Cindy in October of 1966.  They built their home in New Berlin in 1977 and have resided there ever since.  Bob loved to hunt for both deer and birds. He loved to tell stories of his deer hunting adventures to whomever was willing to sit and listen. He loved spending time up north at Ada Lake and fishing. His favorite past time was hunting for golf balls. Thousands upon thousands of golf balls.

Bob also loved going to the casino and trying his luck at the slot machines. If there are slot machines in Heaven, we are positive he will find them. We will miss his lectures. It doesn’t matter who you were. If he felt you needed one, or there was something he wanted you to hear, you got one.

Per Bob’s request, a memorial service and celebration of life dinner will take place on a future date. He did not wish to have a funeral.

A special thanks to the doctors and staff at the Vince Lombardi Cancer Center, and to the Zilber Hospice Facility and staff, for their compassion and kindness in Bob’s final days.
