(NEE Wozniak) Found peace on Saturday, October 15, 2016, age 69.  Preceded in death by her husband Harold “Harry”.  Beloved mother of Susan and Alan.  Loveable Nana of Abigail, Noah, Joshua and Katie Ann.  Dear sister of Shirley and Geri.  Further loved by other relatives and friends.

Pat was happiest spending time with the grand-kids.  She worked at Kohl’s Department Store for over 35 years, loved her cat Sneakers and a good hot fudge sundae.
