Gloria M. Warnecke joined our Lord just before His resurrection on Saturday, April 3, 2021. She was 95 years old.

Loving aunt to: Craig Warnecke and wife Sandy Raasch, Brian Warnecke, Keith Warnecke, and wife Kathy, Debra (Warnecke) Daugherty and husband Paul Daugherty.  She also leaves 12 nieces and nephews, and 16 grand-nieces and nephews who are located across the United States.

Gloria is preceded in death by her mother and father, Mary and Antonne Warnecke, her brother and his wife, Kenneth and Eileen Warnecke, niece, Cherie (Warnecke) Hoehnke, and nephew, Bruce Warnecke.

Gloria was a stenographer and officer of the Oconto and Shawano County Court systems until her retirement in 1985. An avid world traveler, she enjoyed sharing stories of her travels with family and friends. Her last trip, at age 85, included a 25-mile camel ride in the desert of Israel.  Gloria also was a missionary for Holy Trinity Parish for several decades, where she provided blessings and comfort for those who were homebound.

Visitation  at Our Lady of Guadalupe Chapel located within the  at St. Camillus  Skilled Nursing Care North Residence Building, 10201 West Wisconsin Avenue, Wauwatosa, WI on Wednesday, April 14, 2021, from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm.  A funeral Mass will follow. Private burial will be at the Oconto Catholic Cemetery, Oconto, WI.
