Dolores E. Blattner-Mason went to heaven on Sunday, August 18, 2019, at the age of 87.  Beautiful, beloved mother of Monica Dyrud, Michael (Cindy) Mason, Dennis (Karol) Mason, Lisa (Ralph) Fuchs, and Barbara (Robert) Ruska. Loving grandmother, “Grams” of 17 and great-grandma of 25.

Visitation at Krause Funeral Home, 9000 West Capitol Drive, Milwaukee on Wednesday, August 21, 2019, 6:00 PM-8:00 PM.  Funeral Service at Saint Bernadette Catholic Parish, 8200 West Denver Avenue, Milwaukee on Thursday, August 22, 2019, at 12:00 PM.  Burial at Mount Olivet Cemetery, 3801 West Morgan Avenue, Milwaukee, following at 2:00 PM.

In lieu of flowers please consider a donation to the Alzheimer’s Association.  Dolores had Alzheimer’s for many years and it is very dear to the family’s heart.  She was a strong, faithful woman with a heart of gold. Her love for others was so strong that anyone around her could feel it.

Dolores had a smile that lit up the room and you could see the Holy Spirit within her. Her faith, devotion to church, friends, and family meant the world to her.  She loved to travel.  You could always count on her to give you newspaper articles that she thought fitted you perfectly.  She loved to walk with her dog Cuddles.  She enjoyed playing cards, game boards, movies, State Fair, cream puffs, going out to eat and every once in a while a good Brandy Old Fashion Sweet.

A special “thank you” to AngelsGrace Hospice for their love of Dolores and family for the last three weeks.  They took such good care of her.  Words can’t express how thankful our family is for AngelsGrace.  You all are a blessing.
