In loving memory of Carol Mae Anderson, age 74, passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 12, 2023. She was surrounded by her loving family.

Carol was born on October 4, 1948, to August and Minnie Thayer in Viroqua, Wisconsin. She married Dwaine Anderson on January 15, 1965. Carol is survived by two daughters, Vickie West and Cindy (Paul) Kurpiel, four grandchildren (Jessica, BobbieJo, Justin, and Josh), one great-grandchild (Serenity), one sister Helen Howell, one brother Francis (Lucille) Thayer. Further loved by nieces and nephews and Auggie.

Carol is preceded in death by her husband of 37 years, parents and brother Edwin Thayer.

The family would like to give special thanks to everyone at Heritage of Elm Grove Assisted Living & Brighton Hospice for everything they did for Carol.

A private committal service will be held at a later date.
