Ann Ruth Christopher

ANN CHRISTOPHER peacefully passed away Wednesday, December 13, 2023 at Samaritan Health Center, West Bend, WI at the age of 98.

Ann was born to Michael and Rose Cali in Milwaukee, WI. Ann learned piano and played for the church as a young girl, and graduated from Lincoln High School. Ann was united in Marriage to Hilmer (Chris) Christopher and was the devoted mother to their four children, Robert Christopher (deceased), Sheryl (Jim) Kossow, Judy and Carrie Christopher. Beloved grandmother to Robert Christopher, Alexandra Christopher-Hayes, Nicholas (Krysney) Christopher-Fonseca. Further loved by many other relatives and friends.

Ann loved homemaking. She always cleaned, cooked, and even found time for gardening, shopping, and entertaining her family and friends. She had a soft ear for music, playing the piano and organ for years. She enjoyed attending the horseraces in Arlington Park, socializing with friends and family, dancing the night away, and avidly watched the Milwaukee Brewers play ball.

Ann worked for the Veterans Administration as a Telecommunications Equipment Operator.

A Gathering will be held at Wisconsin Memorial Park, 13235 West Capitol Drive, Brookfield, Wisconsin, Chapel of the Flowers on Wednesday, February 14, 2024 from 9:30 AM – 10:30 AM, with a Memorial Service at 10:30 AM. Private family committal service to follow.
