Sarah Ann Sorrenti (nee Azzolina), lovingly known as Nana, passed away peacefully on 01/25/2026 at the age of 89.
Born on October 25th in Milwaukee, WI, she lived a life rooted in love, family, and quiet strength. She was the heart of our family—always ready with a warm meal, a listening ear, and unconditional support and guidance.
She was preceded in death by husband, Salvatore, her son, Salvatore Jr., and her grandson, Ryan. She is survived by her daughters Lucinda (Bruce) Michalovitz, and Sandra (Peter) Sorrenti. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Bruce (Stephanie) Michalovitz, Nicholas Michalovitz, Lisa (KaJuan) Ellis, Anna Lemay, Anthony Michalovitz, Kennedy Ellis, Caden Ellis, and Armani, and many other family members and friends who will cherish her memory.
She found joy in cooking and feeding everyone her delicious food, caring for her grandchildren, and will be remembered most for the love she had for her family and the guidance that she gave all of us throughout her life.
A Service will be held on 02/04/2026 at 10:00 AM at Krause Funeral Home located at 7001 West Brown Deer Road Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
She will be deeply missed and forever loved.
