Mary Lou Zak (nee Loesing) 74, West Allis, Wisconsin, gained her wings and entered Eternal Life on December 26, 2020, at Village at Manor Park where she resided for short time.

She was born August 1,1946, to Albert and Mabel Loesing in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. She attended high school there, class of 1965, and later moved to Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Mary married the love of her life, Robert Zak in Milwaukee, and they went on many adventures together. One of their favorite places was up north at Benson’s. Camping and fishing is where she found relaxation from the hustle and bustle of life. She was truly at home there. She pursued many jobs through her life, but she found the greatest reward as a cook for the monastery until retiring. After retiring she still continued to work as a cashier at Target in West Allis.

Mary was a “grandma” to many children. She loved spending time with them playing games, swimming, anything they wanted to do… she was always saying yes.

Mary is survived by her 3 children, Scott Krolnik (Jennifer) Milwaukee, Dawn Frankovis (Brian) Sheboygan, and Kimberly Zuehlke, Coloma, Wisconsin, sisters, Barbra Behnke, Sheboygan, Wisconsin, and Patty Haslbeck, Franklin, Wisconsin and a brother Donald Loesing. She is survived by 8 grandchildren, 8 great- grandchildren (2 more on the way) numerous nieces and nephews and many more as she loved as her own grandchildren.

She was proceeded in death by her late husband Robert Zak, her parents, and a stepdaughter. A celebration of life is being planned early next year.
