(nee Gustafson) Went to be with her Lord on November 13, 2021, age 66.  She was born on December 13, 1954, in Grand Rapids, Michigan to Irwin and Lorraine Gustafson.  Mary is survived by her loving husband David of 41 years, daughters Allison Capel, Sarah Capel Roth (Anthony), Julia Wood (Nick), and son Daniel Capel (Kelly).  Her pride and joy were her grandchildren: Abigail, Elizabeth, Alexander, Madelyn, Emersen, Benjamin, James, Callaway, Journee, Owen, Ava, and Oscar (the dog).  She is survived by her twin sister Ann Rideout (Jeff) and brother Richard Gustafson (Paula).  Mary was preceded in death by her parents Irwin and Lorraine Gustafson and sister Laura Wisneski.

Mary was an avid sports fan who enjoyed watching her kids and grandkids play basketball and soccer.  She loved to watch the Packers and 49ers and could be heard yelling at the TV from anywhere in the house when a good play happened.  Mary was also a die-hard University of Michigan fan, cheering them on, especially when they played against Ohio State.

A private family celebration of life will be held at a later date.
