Elsie Matilda Sorrenti

(nee Klimek) Died Peacefully on Saturday, October 8, 2016, age 90. Beloved wife of the late Frank for 38 years. Loving mother of Frank (Catherine), Karen (Lawrence) Sorrenti-Williams and Carol. Dear and caring grandmother of Angela (Tim) Pierce, Kenneth Morris, Mary and Luke. Cherished sister of Adeline Koep and the late Irene Albright, Bert Klimek and Verlee Klimek. Further loved by other relatives and friends.

Elsie enjoyed playing the accordion, cooking and dancing to polka music. She grew up on a farm, attended a one room school house and retired from Briggs & Stratton as an assembler in the lock and key division. Elsie was a strong Catholic and practiced her faith her entire life.

In lieu of flowers, memorials appreciated to the Parkinson’s Disease Foundation.

A special “thank you” to Allay Hospice and the The Pavilion of Glacier Valley for their tender care of mom.

A Committal Service is being held on Friday November 4, 2016, from 11:00 AM – 11:30 AM at Holy Cross Cemetery, luncheon to follow at American Colony Apartments, 3215 West Colony Drive, Greenfield, WI 53221.
