(Nee Mace) Passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 1, 2017,  at the age of 69, at the Aurora Zilber Family Hospice in Wauwatosa, WI.

Survived by her loving husband of 51 years, Seppo I. Palmqvist. Loving mother of Andrew J. Palmqvist  (Justin L. (nee Elliott).  Dear niece of Albin Gyzinski  Jr.  Preceded in death by her parents William C. Mace, and Charlotte (Nee Gyzinski) Mace.

Ellen was a passionate local writer, as well as a homemaker and an active church member. She prided herself on her sense of design, and had a eye for the fun and quirky kitsch from the past. She was an active member of her neighborhood variety club. She was loved by many and will be missed by all who knew her.

A Memorial Service will be held in celebration of Ellen’s life on Wednesday November 15, 2017 at 6:00 PM at the Unity Center in Milwaukee 1717 North 73rd Street Wauwatosa, WI 53213 414-475-0105.
