Found his peace on Sunday December 31 2017. Preceded in death by his father Denis Clair Henk. Beloved Wife and best friend of Sandra Henk (Vanooyen) for 13 years. Loving father of Samantha and Alex Henk. Further survived by his brother Charles (Diane) Henk. Mother Janice (Philipp) Bain. Special Uncle to his niece and nephew. He will be missed by many other family and friends.
Denis loved camping, going to live concerts, working on his 72 Buick watching, his car shows, And the Green Bay Packers (He met many of the players) or just hanging out in the garage whether it be with family or friends. He was always busy helping others and putting their needs and projects before his .Denis had a big heart and a kind and loving soul. He would give you the shirt of his back if you needed it. (Then razzed you about it, but it was all in good fun) He was always there if you needed help whether it be cars problems or other fix me uppers. He was very well rounded and there was nothing he could not fix.
Denis could be very sarcastic at times but the people who knew him and loved him knew his humor. He loved to push people’s buttons but once again it was all in good fun and the people who knew him understood that. His smiling face, laugh and humor will be missed dearly.
He had such a special outlook on life and showed no fear in trying new adventures including skydiving.
We would also like to thank Zilber Family Hospice and there entire staff for their wonderful care of Denis while he was there.
A celebrations of life and Denis’s 53rd Birthday Party will be held March 23 2018 at Shooter’s W220 N6439 Town Line Road, Menomonee Falls, WI 53051 From 4 to ?

It was a very good day the day we met you. Through all that you went thru you were always thinking of others. You were always there for a friend or family member. The world got a little darker without you, Scott always said the good die young and unfortunately you just proved that to be true. Miss you.
