Debra Ann Mills was born on July 15, 1971, in Milwaukee County, city of Cudahy, to loving parents, Gary James Mills and Francis Rae Simmons (nee). She attended Lake Linden Hubbell High School and graduated from Marquette University with a B.S. in Business Administration.
Debbie loved to plan a variety of birthday parties for her kids and husband. Her hobbies included baking, cooking and coloring.
She leaves to mourn and cherish her memory, her loving husband Greg Birmingham, beloved children Dontae, age 15, DeJeanae, age 11, DeAndrae, age 10, Birmingham, brothers Gary Mills Jr., Charles Mills, nephews Shawn and Connor Mills and niece Gabrielle.
