Passed away on Sunday, July 19, 2026, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, at the age of 62. Loving husband of Cynthia (nee Ewaskowitz) for 35 years. Devoted father of Nicole (Ryan Zenisek) Elgeti. Papa of Braxton, Jonathon, Zander, and Brooklyn. Brother of the late Carol Elgeti, Chuck (Mary Jo) Elgeti, Kelly Elgeti, Jill (TJ) O’Brien, and the late Jeffrey (Suzanne) Elgeti. Also loved by other relatives and many friends. Chris was welcomed to his heavenly home by those family members who proceeded him in death, including his mother and father, Roger “Al” and Jeannette “Jean” Elgeti; brother, Jeffrey Elgeti; niece, Samantha Elgeti; sister, Carol Elgeti; and nephew, Charlie Rupp.

Christopher was a truck driver for over 40 years where he formed lasting friendships with many of the people he worked alongside.

Christopher was a devoted family man. He loved spending quality time with his daughter and grandchildren. He loved attending all of his grandchildren’s sporting events and cheering them on.

Christopher loved taking road trips with his family to Las Vegas, Texas, Pennsylvania, and South Dakota. He loved playing bingo with his wife and slots.

Christopher had a special love for his dog, Bella, and granddogs, Dozer and Mario, who brought him endless joy. He cherished every moment spent with them, whether outdoors, relaxing at home, or spoiling them and they were truly beloved members of his family.

He was a faithful Christian and faith guided him throughout his life and gave him strength and comfort and peace.

He will be deeply missed and forever remembered. Until we meet again.
