Stephanie D. Hazley known to many as “Steph” was born in 1958 on December 27th in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to the union of Marion Johnson and Edgar Hazley.

Steph grew-up and lived in Milwaukee a vast majority of her life. She received her high school diploma in 1975 from Pulaski High School. She also lived in Stone Mountain, Georgia from 1988-1992. Her life was filled with good times; and lots of love between family and friends.

Stephanie became a Certified Nursing Assistant; working at St. Camillus for several years. She was an extremely dedicated worker, also working in Caretaking and Housekeeping at Froedtert Hospital.

Steph fell in love and had three handsome sons – Damon (1976), Bernard Jr. (1980), and Carlos (1988). She was a true “Boy Mom” taking pride in being with her sons and spending quality time with them.

Steph was always making people laugh and was a “tell it like it is” woman and we all loved that about her! She loved old school music, spending time with her family; and she especially enjoyed being with her grandchildren.

She leaves to cherish her memory; Sons – Damon (Reaia) Manns and Carlos Manns; Siblings – Sharon and Daryl; and her twelve grandchildren.

Steph has a host of other family and friends who will also cherish the memories shared with her.
