Went home to be with God on Saturday, December 23, 2023. She was the beloved mother of Perlictrius Owens, Wanda Owens, and Kevin Owens. Grandmother of Keisha Hinkle, Kyara Owens, Kason Owens, Kylon Owens as well as Keory Hawthorne. Great- grandmother of Stephen Cyrus Chase, Christen Carson, Keandre, and Kylon Junior.

Visitation will be at Krause Funeral Home, 7001 West Brown Deer Road, Milwaukee, from 11:00 AM-12:00 PM. Funeral Service 12:00 PM -1:00 PM. Committal to follow at Graceland Cemetery.

Joeann was a well-known member of God‘s Worship and Praise Temple Church, loved going to church, and being with her friends from church.
