(nee Pohlhammer) Passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 17, 2021, at the age of 93.
Beloved wife, golf partner, and best friend of Robert for 74 years.
Dearest sister of Janice Lupien and Carol Grube.
Loving mother of Steve (Patti) Fischer and Karen Kempf.
Caring grandmother of Nicole, Callie, Cristina, Zack, Jerry, Kelly, and Jimmy.
Proud great-grandmother of Asher and Baby Junie.
Private Services Held.
June lived a wonderful life for 93 years. 74 of them with her loving husband Bob.
In the beginning they worked side by side to build their home on Morgan Avenue and then came a family.
In the later years, she enjoyed retirement with Bob. Golfing at their condo in Portage, Wisconsin, and in the winter months their Cabana in Carlsbad, New Mexico.
June never waited around for things to happen. She made things happen. She was a planner and a doer, always creating the next great event. She planned many great outings with her grandchildren. At first there were the three Amigos then more would follow. One thing for certain she loved them all!
June will be missed but we know she is on her last great adventure. She talked a lot about her father Robert in the later months.
She loved him dearly and no doubt has joined him along with her mother Lorraine in heaven.
We love you June, Mom, Grandma and will think of you always.

June, You we’re not the mother in law horror stories are made of. From the day Steve and I met in 1977 you have been so welcoming to me. I would always look forward to coming for a visit end get spoiled with homemade bread, not this bread machine stuff but I think of you every time I use it. And the pecans you would pick, crack bake and salt, then ship back home to us. You were truly a selfless woman and I will always remember you before dementia set in. Love you and miss you❤️
