Bob passed peacefully on February 7, at age 88. He figured that since the Packers weren’t playing in the Super Bowl, there was no need to stick around.

Bob was the world’s best dad to Jill (Tim) Jeka and Jeff Brunelli. Dearest little brother of Elaine Teeter and Catherine Engibous. Cherished Grandpa of Allie and Lauren Jeka. Preceded in death by his dear wife, Joyce. Greatly loved by his best friend and companion, Audrey Curry. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear friends.

An avid sports fan, Bob enjoyed many happy years playing baseball and hollering at the Packers on TV. He lived a full life, enjoying time with his loving family and great friends. The highlights of his week were playing Sheepshead with his SAC buddies, Friday hangouts with his Bushy’s crew, spending time with his Happy Tap friends, and beating his daughter at cribbage.

Bob also has enduring friendships from his days at Schlitz Brewery, WEPCO, and his proud service in the Korean conflict.

There’s not a person on the planet who had a better sense of humor than Bob. We spent our whole lives laughing. Thanks for the love and laughs, Dad. You will be missed every day.

Private inurnment to be held at Arlington Cemetery.

A celebration of Bob’s life will be held on Saturday, May 22 (when things are hopefully less COVID-Y) at Bushy’s Pub and Grill, S67 W14831 Janesville Rd, Muskego from 1:00 – 4:00 pm.  Please join us then to celebrate the life of this wonderful man.
