April 28, 1974 - September 22, 2025

September 22, 2025, age 51 years. Life partner of Laura Sage. Loving step-father of David Sage (Hannah), and Anna Sage. Beloved son of Maria. Preceded in death by his beloved father, Vincent, and baby sister, Maria. Loving brother of Carmen (Amber), uncle of Enzo and Gianna. Devoted nephew of Tony and Joe Fuoti. Further survived by other relatives.

John had many close friends who became like family to him over the years. He valued his co-workers at CC&N where he was respected not only for his skill but also for his strong work ethic and reliability. Many remember him as a devoted Dallas Cowboys and fantasy football fan. John was known for his dependability and his protective nature. He could always be counted on to stand up for the people who mattered most to him.

His legacy lives on in all who had the privilege to know him.

A celebration of John’s life will be planned at a later date, where all who loved him can gather in his memory. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the American Cancer Society.

I knew John since we were little kids, close to 50 years. The world was a better place with him in it. He was a good friend. My condolences to Maria, Carmen and Laura and the rest of his family.

Fowler is happy again with his beloved master. I miss them both.

John was just one of those people that you never forget after meeting him. I will always appreciate and admire him for the way that he helped me.

I met john my freshman year at westallis central (92). He was among a great group of friends that instantly bonded and keep our friendships to this day. John will be greatly missed. Sad to see him gone. Thank you for the memories! My sincere condolences to his family.

I’ll never forget all the great times we had at work and as friends. I will also never forget how much you helped me when I needed it. You taught me a lot and Inprobably never told you that. You will continue to live in the memories of those that love you. Until we meet again. Love you John.

My sincerest condolences to Laura and family on your loss. Azzo was truly such a good guy. When the Central high school gang let me into their lives it was near 1998. Through fantasy football and playing poker is where I got to meet Azzo. You will always be remembered and will be missed in this world.
