Gary, Jeff, I came across your Mom's obituary this morning. My sympathies to you, Karen, Joe and your siblings. It brought back memories of our years on Joyce Avenue and Mill Road, playing Tonka trucks and "army", sleeping out in our fort we built from construction scraps, and how we met (book-a-boy) and later found out we were shirt-tail cousins via our Grandpas Glatzel. 55 years have passed. Drop me an e-mail if you want at lloydsyl57@gmail.com.

Your family has written such a wonderful, touching tribute for a celebration of life. Carlene was always such a kind and positive person and a dear friend of my mother and father. She was blessed with a beautiful, loving family.

Please accept my condolences on Carlene's passing. Carlene and I became "sisters" in Arizona as we lived the winters on Gary Cooper, our street in Superstition Sunrise RV Park. We did a lot with Jerry and my husband Bob who passed away in April. We just "connected". I have seen her several times since they left AZ, notably in Watertown and Waukesha. I will miss her. Loved her.
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.
