Ray was such a strong, consistent and thoughtful person - he inspired me to try to listen more, be generous, and accepting. He made significant impact in everyone life that were lucky enough to get to know him.
Not having to ever make funeral arrangements, I was at a loss. However, the entire process was made as easy as possible for us. Everyone was very courteous and helpful.
