Roselyn L. Smolej, nee D’Amico left this earth on Saturday, February 15, 2025, at age 85. She leaves behind her loving daughters, Roselyn and Reinette, and her beloved grandson Nicholas. She will be greatly missed.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Agnes D’Amico, her siblings, JoJo, baby Joseph, Joey, John, and Joyce, and her beautiful grandson Brandon and much loved son-in-law Jeffrey.
She loved to ride her bicycle, go canoeing, and was a voracious reader. She also loved to shop at various grocery stores and farmers’ markets. She taught her daughters the love of good food.
A special thank you to Sunrise Health Services for being so kind and taking wonderful care of her.
A memorial service will take place at Wisconsin Memorial Park, 13235 West Capital Drive, Brookfield, on Saturday, March 1st, in the main chapel. There will be a visitation at 10 a.m., followed by a Catholic service at 11 a.m.
