Kenneth Neisius, 55, of Redgranite, WI passed away surrounded by loved ones on February 22, 2023, after a long and hard battle with a very aggressive type of Multiple Myeloma, a blood cancer.

Ken was born on December 9, 1967, to Marie Storer in Madison, WI.  He is survived by his wife Ursula Armstrong-Neisius, his seven children, 10 grandchildren, one brother, one sister, and many nephews and nieces.

After getting his GED in 1986, he went on to work in different manufacturing settings.

In 2002, Ken met his wife Ursula Armstrong-Neisius.  Ken was told that he would never be able to father his own children due to an accident and he became a loving stepfather to all five of Ursula’s children, Nicolai Armstrong, Christopher Armstrong, Adrian Armstrong, Ashley Bolden and Jolene Armstrong.  In 2004 the doctors where proven wrong and Ken became a biological father to his first-born daughter Cassandra Neisius and in 2007 his first-born son Kenneth Ethan Neisius. Ken was the proud father of seven children and loving grandfather of 10 grandchildren.

Ken was a force of nature, determined to provide for his family and give them the life he felt they deserved. His family meant more to him than anything else in the world, something he often mentioned.

In 2008 Ken decided to get his CDL and become a truck driver to better support his family financially, and  because it was one of his passions.  He was driving cross country as a solo driver until 2014 when his wife Ursula joined him and they became team truck drivers, owning their own truck.

In 2009 Ken and Ursula bought a house and moved to Lohrville (Redgranite), WI in a rural neighborhood where their children and grandchildren had room to roam and play.

Ken was passionate about family camping trips that he enjoyed with the whole family every year along with many cookouts throughout the summer.  He was very adamant about cooking the yearly Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners by himself and having the whole family over to enjoy the holidays.

Christmas was Ken’s favorite season. Every year he decorated the whole house inside and out and spread the holiday spirit.  Every year on black Friday he took the family to cut down a Christmas tree on his favorite tree farm.  If he could have chosen, his #1 profession it would have been Santa Clause.

Anyone who knew Ken knew that he was a loving father and spouse to his family.

Ken was predeceased by his mother, Marie, his brother Les, and his stepbrother Bill.
