Jan found peace on May 12, 2019 at age 67. Loving mother of Ed (Amy) and Amy Miller. Adoring grandma of Collin, Sydney, Emily and Casey. Beloved daughter of Jacquline and the late Willis Proveaux. Dear sister of Kenneth, Todd (Sandy) and the late Richard. Also loved and will be missed by additional family and friends.

I am so grateful I was able to work along side Jan for a short 7 years. I will always remember her smile, sense of humor, and her sitting at the desk with her knitted cozy around her ice water and working on one of her crossword puzzles. She is surely missed!
