Found peace on Monday, December 5, 2022, age 75. Beloved husband and BFF to his wife, Deborah “Dee” Glenn Bowie for 15 years. Loving father to Ramona (Quentin) Bowie-Amos; Sister, Gladys (Philip) Peterson; uncle to Lamont Peterson; granddaughters, Ramya, Rayna and Riana Amos; step-sons, Vonnair Goggins; Kenneth Goggins; Tracey (Lora) Glenn; and Stacey Glenn; further survived by his four-legged poodle, Barack Bowie and many friends, relatives and former co-workers.

Homer was a retired employee of Northwestern Mutual Network for 33 years, where he was employed as a Disability Underwriter. He was a C-Span junkie who loved the political theater!
