Frances Louise Lilly-Zych, age 96, passed away peacefully on April 29, 2026, in Jonesboro, Tennessee. She was born in Johnson City, Tennessee.
Frances was preceded in death by her husband, Chuck Zych. She is lovingly remembered by her children, Brenda Kozuh (Terry), Gerald Lilly (Karen), Thomas Lilly, Sherri Premke (Jeff), and Karrie Miling (Jim); her stepdaughter, Bernadine Tisher; as well as 13 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother, Jimmy Walters, and her sister, Shirley.
Frances was known for her strong will, her sense of humor, and the joy she found in spending time with her family. She especially enjoyed playing games and creating memories with those she loved most.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 6, from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. Burial will be private at Pinelawn Memorial Park.
In accordance with Frances’s wishes, no flowers are requested.
She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
