Elaine A. Hahn of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, passed away peacefully, on March 10, 2017, at the age of 87.
She worked as a head bookkeeper for M&I Bank in Milwaukee the early years of her life and later worked at Gimbels and Schuster’s Department Store in Milwaukee.
A vibrant wife, mother and grandmother who loved the color purple, which exuded her passion for life. Playing the piano, knitting and most days just enjoying the company of friends and family for coffee or lunch were things she loved to do. Throughout her life she embraced her devotion and faith in God.
Preceded in death by her loving husband Robert J. Elaine is survived by her two children, Robert L., Angela M. Hahn (Gary Walker) and grandson Zachary R. Rutter.
A private service is being held by the family.
