Edward “Eddie” Piszczek, a proud Army veteran and a beloved figure in the Lake Country community, passed away peacefully on October 29, 2024, at the age of 83.

Born on July 29, 1941, Ed dedicated his life to service, hard work, and connecting with others. After serving his country with pride in the United States Army, he embarked on a successful career in the automotive industry, where he worked for over 30 years. Ed spent the majority of his career at Jack Safro Ford in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin, where he was known for his loyalty, exceptional customer service, and genuine care for his colleagues and clients. He always greeted everyone with a warm smile and was a fixture of the community, making friends everywhere he went.

Ed was a man of stories and laughter—a true character who could light up any room. His love for life, humor, and authenticity made him unforgettable to those who had the pleasure of knowing him. He lived life on his terms and embraced every moment with joy and resilience.

Ed is survived by his loving sister, Louise Chriswell; his granddaughter, Alyssa Rex, and her husband, Nicolas Rex; his stepdaughter, Holly Wallace, and her husband, Gregoray Wallace; and his cherished grandsons, Maxwell and Jackson Wallace. His family, along with the countless friends he made in the automotive industry and beyond, will deeply miss his vibrant presence.
