Charlene was the daughter of the late Rev. Lawrence J. McGuin and Linda W. McGuin. She was born in Milwaukee, WI and moved with her family to Texas in 1985 as her father entered active duty service in the U.S. Airforce.

She received her education in the US and abroad.

She ended life as a Travel and Tourism specialist and a committed Woman of Faith, serving Christ.

She will be greatly missed.
